Project Superintendent
Project Superintendent needed for leading construction firm specializing in roofing projects! The Project Superintendent will play a pivotal role in coordinating roofing projects, ensuring smooth progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in roofing, fluency in Spanish and English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
Project Superintendent Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish daily objectives and priorities for roofing crews
  • Coordinate crew activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Manage facility access and security protocols
  • Support and enforce safety procedures and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Address inquiries and concerns from crew members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Track absences, organize schedules, and manage crew attendance
  • Review checklists and ensure completion of necessary tasks
  • Provide guidance to crew members
  • Evaluate crew performance and provide feedback as needed
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment and training
  • Complete and submit project reports
  • Operate equipment and power tools as required
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented throughout the project
Qualifications:
Project Superintendent Job Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience in roofing or construction supervision
  • Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
  • Proficiency in using power tools and equipment
  • Possession of a CDL Driver License is preferred
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting objects up to 75 pounds
