- Establish daily objectives and priorities for roofing crews
- Coordinate crew activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage facility access and security protocols
- Support and enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Address inquiries and concerns from crew members, clients, and stakeholders
- Track absences, organize schedules, and manage crew attendance
- Review checklists and ensure completion of necessary tasks
- Provide guidance to crew members
- Evaluate crew performance and provide feedback as needed
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment and training
- Complete and submit project reports
- Operate equipment and power tools as required
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented throughout the project
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in roofing or construction supervision
- Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment
- Possession of a CDL Driver License is preferred
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
